Authentic Pilates of New England offers Private Lessons, Duets, Trios (Small Group Reformer/Equipment Classes) as well as Mat Classes.

Trio Classes are limited to 3 clients. Mat Classes are limited to 6 clients.

All lessons will focus on Strength, Stretch and Stability based on the clients individual needs. Privates, Duets and Trio’s will utilize The Mat, The Reformer and at least on other piece of apparatus. Mat Classes will utilize The Mat and occasionally The Magic Circle, Small Weights, Bean Bag Device, Foot Board or Toe Corrector.

Authentic Pilates of New England Studio utilizes Equipment manufactured from Gratz, Pilates Lineage and Edgar Tirado.

Apparatus includes: Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Baby Arm Chair, Ped-O-Pul, Foot Corrector, Toe Corrector, Magic Circle, Hands Tens-O-Meter, Small Weights, Lightly weighted poles, Bean Bag Devices, Airplane Board and 2x4 boards.

Payments are due at time of booking and the following payment types are accepted:
