Foot Corrector Class - Two Saturdays - May 17th & May 31st @ 10:30 AM

  • In this class, you will discover effective methods for taking care of your feet. We will use a 2x4 board, which will help with foot alignment and strength, a small pinky ball to massage and relieve tension in the soles, and toe stretchers that will enhance flexibility and comfort. Together, these tools will empower you to promote overall foot health and alleviate discomfort.
